Legal, Settled, and Ready to Work.

Building a team in Armenia when most of your people come from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia is not a simple undertaking. When we set up A&C Technologies Development in Yerevan, getting 20 employees properly documented and legally resident was the first real test of whether this operation would work.
I'd heard enough stories from other foreign business owners about residence card applications going sideways โ delays, rejections, confusion at the agency level. I wasn't prepared to put my team through that.
Documan came recommended, and their pricing for a group engagement made sense for our scale. But more than the cost, it was the clarity they brought from day one. They knew the process for Southeast Asian nationals specifically, set realistic expectations, and didn't oversell what they could deliver.
They handled all 20 applications. Every single one was approved. For a group of that size, from multiple nationalities, going through a system that isn't always straightforward โ that result speaks for itself.
As the company director, my situation was handled separately. Documan secured a five-year Permanent Residence Card for me as a business owner โ the strongest form of residency status available in Armenia. That gave me a level of stability I hadn't expected to achieve this early.
My team is settled. I am settled. The business is running. That foundation matters more than most people realize until they don't have it.
