30 People. 30 Residence Cards. Zero Problems.
Zhang Zhiyong โ CEO, Golden Care Customer Service
When we established Golden Care Customer Service's operations in Yerevan, we brought 30 representatives from China and Southeast Asia with us. These were real people with real concerns โ about whether their stay in Armenia would be legal, stable, and uninterrupted. Getting that right wasn't optional.
The challenge wasn't just volume. Employment-based Temporary Residence Cards for foreign nationals involve multiple layers โ documentation, employer obligations, verification visits, and in our case, national security clearance checks for each individual. That last part made several providers hesitant. It added complexity that most firms preferred to avoid.
Documan didn't hesitate.
We compared options across Yerevan. Documan offered the most competitive pricing for this scale of work โ but what actually made the decision was how they approached it. They understood exactly what the process involved for non-Armenian, non-Russian nationals, and they were clear from the start about what to expect at each stage, including the security checks.
They handled the national security clearance negotiations directly. Every one of our 30 employees went through the process without a single rejection. When renewal time came, they managed that too โ smoothly, on schedule, with no disruption to our operations.
The effect on our team was immediate. People who had been anxious about their legal status in a new country became calm. They knew their paperwork was in order, that someone competent was handling it, and that their stay was protected. That peace of mind translated directly into how they showed up to work.
For a business built on people, that matters more than most things.
