Yes — your first consultation is entirely free of charge, with no obligation. During this session, one of our attorneys will review the key facts of your situation, identify the applicable legal framework under Armenian law, outline the available options and likely outcomes, and provide a transparent estimate of fees and timelines if you decide to proceed. We believe that informed clients make better decisions. Complex matters requiring extensive document analysis, legal research, or multiple-session planning may be subject to a separate fee arrangement, which we will always communicate in advance. You can book your free consultation online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

Business registration in Armenia is among the fastest in the region, and we handle the entire process on your behalf:

Individual Entrepreneur (IE / ԱՁ):

Registration is completed within 1 business day after we receive your signed power of attorney. You do not need to be present in Armenia. Limited Liability Company (LLC / ՍՊԸ)

Registration takes 3 business days from the date we receive all required signed documents from all founders and the director. Joint Stock Company (JSC)

Typically 5–7 business days due to additional statutory requirements. Once registered, you will receive your certificate of state registration, tax identification number (HVHH), and can immediately open a corporate bank account. We also assist with post-registration steps

VAT registration, stamp procurement, and opening accounts at Armenian banks.

The required documents depend on the type of entity you are registering:

  • For Individual Entrepreneur (IE / ԱՁ): A copy of your passport (foreign passport accepted)
  • Signed power of attorney authorizing our firm to act on your behalf — we prepare this document for you. For LLC (ՍՊԸ) with a single founder: Passport copies of the founder and the director (may be the same person)
  • Preferred company name (we check availability)
  • Legal address in Armenia (we can provide or assist)
  • Signed power of attorney. For LLC with multiple founders: Passport copies of all founders and the director
  • Preferred share distribution among founders
  • Signed power of attorney from each founder. All documents can be provided remotely via email or WhatsApp. If you are outside Armenia, we will send you the power of attorney template for notarization in your country. We translate, prepare, and submit all documents to the State Register.

Yes. A significant portion of our clients are foreign nationals living in Armenia or operating Armenian businesses remotely. We work with citizens of all countries with the exception of Turkey and Azerbaijan, in compliance with applicable Armenian law. Our team is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, allowing us to serve clients from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, the United States, Europe, and many other countries. For non-residents, we offer fully remote service: document preparation, e-signing guidance, and communication via email or WhatsApp. You do not need to physically visit our office or Armenia to register a business, open a company, or apply for residency. We have helped hundreds of international entrepreneurs and digital nomads establish a legal presence in Armenia efficiently and compliantly.

The Temporary Resident Card (TRC), known in Armenian as Հանրապետության Կացության Քարտ (ՀԿԿ), is an official document issued by the Armenian government that grants foreign nationals the legal right to reside in Armenia for an extended period — typically 1 year, renewable annually. Who needs a TRC:

  • Any foreign national planning to stay in Armenia for more than 180 days per calendar year should obtain a TRC to maintain legal residency status. Without it, you may be required to exit and re-enter the country or face administrative penalties. Common grounds for TRC issuance: Ownership or directorship of an Armenian-registered company
  • Employment under a valid Armenian labor contract
  • Marriage to an Armenian citizen
  • Property ownership in Armenia
  • Study at an accredited Armenian institution
  • Investment in Armenia. Our team handles the full TRC application process — from document preparation to submission at the Migration and Citizenship Service — and keeps you updated at every stage. Processing times typically range from 10 to 30 business days.

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate clients from Armenia and abroad:

  • Bank transfer (Armenian dram, USD, EUR, or RUB)
  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Cash (AMD) at our Yerevan office
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and other major assets upon request). Payment terms: For most services, full payment is required before work begins. For larger matters such as litigation or complex corporate transactions, we may agree on a phased payment schedule. We provide an official invoice and receipt for all payments. Our fees are transparent — we provide a written cost estimate before you commit to any service. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
