Obtain a residence status in Armenia

How does ordering services and payment happen on the Documan platform?
After registration, you proceed to your personal account. Then, select the required service, fill in the necessary information, and attach the required documents. If you have questions or need help filling in the necessary information, you can contact our support service. If the documents require translation into Armenian, we will take care of that, too.
Once all documents are attached, you proceed to the payment stage. We offer convenient payment options: ARCA, MIR, MasterCard, and Visa bank cards, or transfer to an account number. You choose the suitable method and complete the payment process. In your personal account, you will be able to follow notifications and the order processing progress.
What documents/data do I need to register on the platform?
To register on the platform, you need an email address. But depending on the services you choose, you will need different packages of documents. For example, if you want to get a residence permit based on a business, then, in addition to the basic list of documents, such as a notary translation of passport, medical certificate, etc., you will need documents confirming the existence of an active business. The documents required for obtaining a residence permit can be found on our website in the FAQ section or start the online application.

How can I track my order?
In your control panel, you will find information about the current status of your order. Here you can edit your order, ask questions, and create new requests. Additionally, notifications will be sent to your email, and if you wish, you can contact us at any time to clarify details.
For the final signing of documents, you will need to visit our office or order a courier service
How is the payment of government duties made through the Documan platform?
